How do I register as an exhibitor?

Please utilize the exhibitor registration form.

Are you going to return to an in-person event?

The 2022 Next Generation Water Summit will be a virtual event. However, some speakers will be presenting from a central location in Santa Fe, NM.

Is there an in-person component to this year’s Summit?

There will be public tours and events held for Santa Fe area residents. This will include a program for elementary school children.

Can I attend the optional workshops and not the Summit?

Yes, virtually. You will still use the attendee registration form. Just choose the workshop(s) you wish to attend and pay the applicable fee.

When does early bird registration end?

Exact date TBD.

How long will the Summit be viewable online?

The virtual platform will be online until June 20. After that date, recordings of the sessions will be available to registered attendees on the Summit YouTube/Vimeo channel.

If I’m an exhibitor, how do I get assistance assembling my virtual booth?

This will be provided by the Summit organizing committee, though vFairs will also provide a one-time booth training for exhibitors.

Each booth includes the following items:

Company profile
Contact information
Links to Company Website, Social Media Pages, etc.
Video Vignettes (if desired)
Upload documents and presentations
